The jacket

Does it really change colour?
Yes. Every clip on this site is unedited — no filter, no colour grade. The shell starts matte black and blooms into colour the moment moisture hits it.

What triggers it — snow only?
Any moisture. Snow, rain, sleet, a wet glove, a snowball. Water is water as far as the fabric is concerned.

Does it go back to black?
Fully, as it dries. Every time, run after run. There's no limit to how many times it can cycle.

Will the effect wear off over time?
The pigment is bonded into the weave rather than printed on the surface, so it doesn't crack or flake the way a surface print does.

Is it warm enough on its own?
It's a shell — waterproof and wind-sealed, not insulated. Layer underneath for deep cold. The cut leaves room for a mid-layer.

How do I wash it?
Cold machine wash, hang dry. No tumble dryer, and don't iron the outer face.

What size should I get?
True to size. Full measurements are on our size guide.

I'm between two sizes.
Size up. This is a shell and you'll want a mid-layer under it on cold days.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Free, worldwide, on every order. No minimum.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then delivery runs 6–12 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we ship worldwide.

Where's my order?
Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it hasn't updated in more than five days, email us and we'll chase it.

Returns

What if it doesn't fit?
You have 60 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. No restocking fee.

How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

How long do refunds take?
5–10 business days to the original payment method once we've received the item.
